Our short-term fixes were centered around strategic scheduling and opening the office on Fridays. The result was a modest improvement in appointment wait times, but the demands still surpassed our capacity. The opportunity for a long- term solution presented itself when the office building adjacent to us was put up for sale. Working with our local lenders Banner Bank and Capital Matrix we were able to acquire and remodel the building. The increased capacity of the second building has almost doubled our available appointments.

We began seeing the first patients in the new building during the end of December, and while there’s still a few more pictures to hang and finishing touches, the space is functioning fluidly and the patient feedback has been outstanding.
